Hi everyone,
We have not gathered for coffee and connection or discussion for a few weeks. The unpredictable and extreme weather in New England was keeping me on my toes!
I want to gather together even if adjusting the usual day and offering short notice impacts how many of us can attend.
We will host a discussion on Tuesday March 3rd at 3pm to give us a gathering time that won’t conflict with the PDANA annual conference this Friday.
The topic? The challenges in working with adults and children who have had similar experiences to us or our family members.
I’d also like us to be able to share with one another general examples of how these feelings have supported our work while also revealing how we remain focused on our client when we ourselves may feel pained by hearing client stories.
I can share a short presentation, but I’d like to largely leave the time to discuss the topic. I hope that one of my colleagues from the collaborative will also co-lead with me!

This will be recorded and sent to all who attend. If you can’t attend but would like the recording, you can reach out and request it.
I hope to see some of you there!
